This posting seems to be in the wrong spot and has gotten no answer. Just in case you still have this problem, TRUE scrolling by on the monitor and no other lights on the control panel suggest the "kill Switch" or the tether cord is not in. The cord you pull to stop the treadmill in emergency is not in or does not make good contact. I suggest you check the cord remove it and insert it again to see if the problem goes away. By the way, you can always reset the upper board computer by unplugging the unit from the wall and waiting a few seconds and plug it back into the outlet.
